CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Take calls, set appointments, field COVID questions, referral requests, prescription renewals, follow a workflow to help answer the callers questions, Calls are monitored for quality and managers will support success. Most calls are straight forward appointment scheduling.

Pay: $17.00/hr

Shift: M-F 10am-8pm Sat-Sun 7:45am-6pm (within those hours)

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
