FLEXIBLE SHIFTS: MUST be open to work any shift between 7 am - 7 pm, Mon - Fri.

PAY: 18.00 hourly

THE RIGHT PERSON IS MOTIVATED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Answer inbound calls from patients needing to request prescription refills or having problems with filling a prescription
• Provide caring, empathetic, outstanding customer service to callers
• Handle high volume call queue with each caller requiring high touch service (empathetic and sympathetic)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication, customer service, and active listening skills
• Able to receive 70-75 calls daily

LOCATION: Brea, CA

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months of call center experience and/or customer service experience

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent
