Job Description
Primary focus will be enrolling Open Enrollment applications. Setting up and maintaining member data including but not limited to processing enrollments, corrections, retro-activity adjustments and terminations Supporting eligibility inquiries You could be working manual entries and sometimes you are pulled to help on phones. (CROSS TRAINING)
Open Enrollment applications Take up to 80 transactions each a day. This is both entries and calls together. Entering data into internal system
Skills:
Call center and heavy data entry skills and open enrollment Excellent verbal and written skills Basic math skills Accuracy, Efficiency, and Multitasking Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Call Center/Open Enrollment Assignment duration: approximately 6 months Start Date: August/September Pay Range: $19 - $21 Hour Hours: 8am-5pm Parking is free No PTO approved during assignment Virtual interviews Work on site Guaranteed social distancing Assignment will be a client locations that includes virtual training ¿the training period is 6 weeks
