WE ARE SEEKING A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM! YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION AND RESOLVING TECHNICAL ISSUES. FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME TO JUDITH.PAUL@RANDSTADUSA.COM
PAY RATE: $16.08 per hour
DURATION: 3+ Months Temp to Hire RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
This position is with the Home Lending Customer Service call center. Training in this role is very extensive and it is critical that candidates miss ZERO time during training and simply show up on time, every day.
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Handle 2 types of Escrow calls
Payment calls
Payoff calls
Might also take calls regarding: taxes, insurance, and explanation
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
CALL CENTER, ADMIN OR RECEPTIONISTS (1+ YEAR)
CUSTOMER SERVICE 2+ YEARS WITH GOOD TENURE
