WE ARE SEEKING A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM! YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION AND RESOLVING TECHNICAL ISSUES. FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME TO JUDITH.PAUL@RANDSTADUSA.COM

PAY RATE: $16.08 per hour

DURATION: 3+ Months Temp to Hire RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• This position is with the Home Lending Customer Service call center. Training in this role is very extensive and it is critical that candidates miss ZERO time during training and simply show up on time, every day.

• Provide information about the products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

• Handle 2 types of Escrow calls

• Payment calls

  • Typical calls are how to make a payment or why did my payment go up or down, can you waive my late fee, why didn't my payment process

• Payoff calls

  • How to go about paying off my loan, Has my payoff posted or gone through

• Might also take calls regarding: taxes, insurance, and explanation

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• CALL CENTER, ADMIN OR RECEPTIONISTS (1+ YEAR)

• CUSTOMER SERVICE 2+ YEARS WITH GOOD TENURE
