JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Answer inbound calls from patients needing to schedule appointments for doctors’ offices

· Provide caring, empathetic, outstanding customer service to callers

· Handle high volume call queue with each caller requiring high touch service

· Follow up on calls where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma

· Minimum 6 months of call center experience and/or customer service experience.  (Will consider fast food, hospitality, etc.)

· Excellent communication, customer service, and active listening skills
