RANDSTAD IMSP has partnered with LYFT to find an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST. This role will play an integral part in the day-to-day operations and accounting close with opportunities to work on various projects as we scale.
This role will be remote as of now. Once restrictions are lifted, must be able to work in the SF HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES ● Responsible for processing invoices accurately and timely ● Resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, and prepare outgoing payments ● Assist with the monthly close and accrual process ● Provide supporting documents for audit ● Assist with corporate credit card processes ● Maintain procurement system and improve procurement processes ● Work cooperatively and collaboratively with internal associates and external vendors ● Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as needed SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: ● Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field ● 3+ years of AP experience and public company experience preferred ● Passion for end-to-end procurement process and improvements ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy ● Passion for Lyft and a strong interest in technology ● Strong Excel skills ● Coupa and NetSuite experience preferred ● Strong understanding of financial and operational controls ● Demonstrated ability of time management with strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
