Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to manage National Accounts for a large HVAC company.

Remote until August 31st

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with National Accounts when they are updating for building a new store
• Oversee and handle quotes from National account you are assigned to
• Review building plans to ensure correct items were ordered
• Manage purchase orders
• Work with the supply chain team to ensure proper and timely delivery of products

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working with National Accounts preferred
• Ability to think outside of the box, problem-solve and find unique solutions
• SAP Experience strongly preferred
• Self-driven – someone who has a desire to learn about new things
• Soft skills – communicates clearly, professionally, and effectively via phone and email
• Demonstrated ability to manage through high-stress situations
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems – ability to use/write formulas in excel
• Proficient at following instructions and processes
• Agile mindset – open to change/driver of change, adept at quickly shifting from one task to another
• Effective time management – ability to prioritize value-added tasks and reduce non-value added tasks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or equivalent work experience
• Contact center experience
