Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, preventing calls going to voicemail v Ability to answer questions (or know where to find the answer) regarding aspects of our products, testing process, high level billing cycle, etc. v Sorts incoming electronic faxes into the appropriate inboxes. v Create Physician Portal Accounts in our Lab Database. v Monitors our Lab Database for incoming portal orders and ensures all portal orders are entered into SFDC. v Professional and courteous in all interactions v Knows when and how to escalate customer complaints or requests for Corrected reports
