A Government Agency in Downtown Phoenix is looking for a hard working, reliable and professional Inbound Call Center Representative to join their growing team. This position is responsible for handling all incoming phone calls regarding the the Agency's corporation filing process. The successful candidate is able to provide positive interaction with both customers and co-workers, is able to navigate multiple systems while multi-tasking service and research and excels in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a call center environment is a must!
This is a long term temporary position lasting at least 6 months with potential to extend up to 12 months or convert to a permanent employee depending on performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Inbound Call Center Representative responds to incoming telephone inquiries regarding the submission, examination, and filing of corporation and limited liability company documents. The representative provides information and conducts research of the public records maintained by the Agency Division. The role includes making corrections to the database as needed through research and extensive customer interaction.
The Inbound Call Center Representative serves as a Division representative to the public, specifically the business sector and must exhibit a professional demeanor at all times. The ideal candidate shows mastery of effective and efficient customer service techniques, the ability to work skillfully in multiple web and system applications and is able to work effectively in various situations in a fast-paced environment.
