Ransom Consulting, a leading environmental consulting and engineering firm, recently acquired Civalier Engineering and Surveying and is looking to expand its team

We are seeking a Civil Engineer experienced with grading, water and sewer design, soil erosion design, lighting and landscaping design, storm water management calculations and reports, septic system and pumping system design, retaining wall design, preparing cost estimates, preparing applications, attending planning and zoning board meetings, creating construction details and any other task necessary to produce a full set of site plans for construction.

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Prior experience working in an engineering firm preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, HydroCAD and other civil design related software. Experience with Civil3D is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations application to projects.
• In addition to strong technical skills, the successful candidate will have strong client and project management skills and demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a team.
