    JOB SUMMARY:

    Raphael & Associates is seeking a detail oriented, organized, and methodical multitasker who enjoys building scalable technology solutions for our growing business. We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and support the organization’s growth efforts.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support, improve and maintain all technology required to manage and grow the business (including software, hardware, and network)
    • Set up new hires and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with staff
    • Assist in the ordering, sending, and receiving of technology for multiple offices across the US
    • Set up and break down work stations for temporary staff, auditors, visiting employees, etc.
    • Always be one step ahead when implementing technology needs for the organization
    • Effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
    • Understand a broad range of IT topics (i.e. software, network, hardware) and apply technology to practically solve business needs in a cost-effective and efficient manner

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
    • Innate ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
    • Desire to take on more responsibility over time at a growing company
    • Can-do attitude!
    • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done!
    • Knowledge of at least one programming language a strong plus!
