Title: Experienced Medical Front and Back Assistant with IV Experience/ eCW Knowledge

Job Summary: We seek an experienced Medical Front and Back Assistant with IV Experience and eCW knowledge to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a healthcare setting and be familiar with electronic medical records. This is a full-time position with semi-flexible hours. We are open from M-F 11-6 and Sat 11-4, six days a week.

Responsibilities:

Assist in providing patient care in a clinical setting, including taking vital signs, performing injections and IVs, and assisting with procedures.

Maintain patient records in the electronic medical records (eCW) system.

Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patient care is coordinated and consistent.

Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and patient education materials.

Referrals/Preauths

Knowledge of insurance copays/ded/coins

Requirements:

At least two years of experience as a medical assistant in a healthcare setting.

Experience with IV placement and management.

Knowledge of electronic medical records, specifically eCW.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to create engaging content is a plus.

Bilingual is a must

Pay: Biweekly/ Hourly $18-$21
