Job Description

We are seeking an Account Coordinator (RGL) to join our team! You will be responsible to provide account support to the Account Management team.  This includes a wide variety of key responsibilities that help maintain and manage the success of our clients and accounts with both temporary and permanent displays in the retail industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Daily order processing

·        Inventory maintenance

·        Track all jobs booked including budget status on daily report

·        Assist with client correspondence

·        Verifying, correcting, and/or updating account information

·        Provide accurate answers and solutions to client queries

·        Possible Store/Site Visits

·        Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the client/vendor

·        Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using business acquired programs

·        Assist Account Management Team by helping coordinate various projects/orders, reports and communication

​QUALIFICATIONS:

·        High School Diploma

·        Must be detailed and organized

·        Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·        Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge must be able to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets

·        Must have strong verbal and writing skills

·        Must be able to communicate and coordinate activities with all levels of the organization

·        Strong technical aptitude

·        Strong reasoning, negotiation and problem-solving skills which includes the ability to be proactive and anticipate potential problems
