Strong, flexible leadership that is somewhat more authoritative while still focused on others’ involvement and genuine participation Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies that maintain high levels of occupancy and profitability through coordination with department managers • Analyze market data and use it to develop methods for meeting financial targets, and developing an annual sales forecast • Report on sales activities for the previous and future weeks in meetings with department leaders • Establish strategies to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly goals that are aligned with overall business and revenue management objectives • Work closely with the leadership team to develop the company’s sales goals, strategy, and plan to achieve those goals, key performance Indicators (KPIs), and report back on a recurrent basis to the leadership team the results of those activities • Work with the Director of human capital to improve the onboarding process • Assist with the hiring and onboarding of new acquisition and sales reps • Lead sales training, perform role plays, continuously improve sales rep skills and effectiveness • Train all acquisitions reps on the sales process, performing pre-call strategy and post-call sales debriefs, equipping the reps to effectively execute the process • Work with acquisitions reps on their individual pipeline, making sure it is of high quality and sufficient to meet company goals Qualifications: • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills • Proven track record of sales success in lead-generation and closing skills • Must have relevant experience of 5+ years as a sales professional • Knowledge of computer-based software such as Salesforce • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 DOE
