We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer with strong marketing, communication, and analysis skills to join our team and assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
• Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred in banking, business, real estate, or a related field
• Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
• Understanding of loan originator software such as Encompass, Lending Wise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred
• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
• Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
• Experience with self-generated leads and an established network of referral partners
