MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
• ANALYZE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS TO DETERMINE INTEGRATION SOLUTIONS ACROSS VARIOUS TYPES OF INTEGRATIONS; DOCUMENTATION OF REQUIREMENTS, SOLUTIONS AND IMPACTS.
• PROVIDE SUPPORT TO ALL INTEGRATIONS AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO HR/PAYROLL SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY ANY ISSUES IN PRODUCTION.
• MAINTAIN SCHEDULE JOBS AND PERFORM TROUBLESHOOT ON PROCESSES AND RESOLVE ALL ISSUES.
• ADMINISTER AND IMPLEMENT ALL NEW INTEGRATIONS AND ENSURE TRANSITION OF PLANS TO PRODUCTION.
• DEVELOP STUDIO INTEGRATIONS, CUSTOM REPORTS, CALCULATED FIELDS, AND .NET API PROGRAMS
• COMMUNICATING PROACTIVELY TO ASSESS ISSUES AND PROVIDE PERIODIC STATUS UPDATES
• WORK IN A COLLABORATIVE MANNER WITH OTHER TEAMS INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY
• WORKING TO MAINTAIN APPLICATION RELIABILITY BY WORKING TO IDENTIFY SYSTEMIC ISSUES THROUGH ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN BUSINESS PROCESSES RELATING TO HR, PAYROLL AND RECRUITING.
• MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH WEB SERVICE TECHNOLOGIES (REST, SOAP, HTTP, PGP, SAML, ETC.)
• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MULTIPLE WORKDAY INTEGRATION AREAS - WORKDAY STUDIO, COMPLEX REPORTING WITH CALCULATED FIELDS AND WORKDAY OBJECT MODEL, CLOUD CONNECT FOR BENEFITS, WORKDAY HCM , WORKDAY RECRUITING AND WORKDAY PAYROLL.
• PROFICIENCY IN BACK END CONSOLE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT USING .NET
• STRONG DATABASE / SQL BACKGROUND REQUIRED
• REQUIRES ADVANCED UNDERSTANDING AND ABILITY TO APPLY STANDARDS, PRINCIPLES, THEORIES, AND TECHNICAL CONCEPTS ASSOCIATED WITH WORKDAY INTEGRATIONS OBTAINED THROUGH ADVANCED EDUCATION COMBINED WITH EXPERIENCE.
• A UNIVERSITY DEGREE (BA/BS) OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE.
THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:
• PROFICIENCY IN CLOUD BASED TECHNOLOGIES.
• FUNCTIONAL UNDERSTANDING OF CORPORATE BACK OFFICE SYSTEMS FOR GOVERNMENT CONSULTING FIRMS AND EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH BUSINESS USERS TO DEVELOP REQUIREMENTS PREFERRED.
