We are seeking an experienced and career-minded Plant Floor Supervisor with experience in a plant processing or manufacturing environment. Our ideal candidate is a working manager who is highly motivated, a self-starter, and is committed to safety and leading with a high level of motivation and integrity.

Core Responsibilities:

Supervising a team of plant line employees including maintenance personnel in day-to-day operations

Promote and account for safe work practices and training

Audit maintenance compliance and control parts inventory

Maintain inventory levels to meet production needs

Step into function-specific roles as necessary to continue production

Collaborate with other members of the leadership team across different departments

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Working knowledge of OSHA, DHS, EPA, PHMSA standards

College degree in manufacturing or operations or 3 years on the job experience as equivalent

Experience in the propane, natural gas, or refined fuels industry is preferred but not required
