    Rapsodo Inc. is a sports analytics company that uses computer vision and machine learning to help all athletes maximize their performance. Our proprietary technology applications range from helping PGA Tour golfers optimize their launch conditions to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency on their breaking balls. Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, MLB, USA Baseball, Golf Digest, PGA of America, and over 1000 NCAA athletic departments.

    As Rapsodo continues to grow and expand our business internationally, we are looking for a hands-on, driven, and empathetic Human Resource Administrator with a passion for collaborating and making a difference.

    The successful incumbent will run day-to-day activities that are related to HR operations, employee's lifecycle, and overall organization infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will also have a commitment to continuous improvement, excellent organization skills, superior attention to detail and high resiliency and adaptability within a complex and fast-paced environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring support to new and existing employees in the process.
    • Administer Company Benefits which include the coordination, tracking and organization of the benefits.
    • Assist in monthly payroll and related activities.
    • Acts as liaison between employee and management regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and/or legal requirements.
    • Coordinate the rollout and execution of corporate initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement, performance evaluation and talent development.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Degree holder
    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR experience
    • Knowledge about global HR initiatives including talent and organizational development, and compensation and benefits programs, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Meticulous and adept at working under pressure and tight timelines.
    • Good knowledge of applicable employment laws.
    • Good MS Office Skills, data-centric and driven.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively across functional lines within a matrix environment.
    • Resourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal communication skills
    • Detail oriented, meticulous and excellent organization skills
    • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organization
