As an insurance sales representative for Haberer Insurance Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote our products including auto, home, life, and health insurance products as well as mortgage and mortgage refinance loans.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be positive, assertive and work well independently. Must have a positive, upbeat phone voice with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have computer skills, problem solving abilities and strong sales ability.

Property & Casualty Licenses required. Must possess strong sales skills. Minimum 1-2 years sales experience. We offer full training for position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospecting and generating new business

• Scheduling appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
