Job Description

We are an established women's clothing store looking for a part- time talented social media coordinator to help grow our online presence. We currently utilize Instagram, Constant Contact, Facebook, and Shopify for our website.  Must be EXPERIENCED with SHOPIFY.

Immediately we are looking for that person to upload new merchandise photos from our vendors to our Shopify platform. As a part time Social Media/ Online Web coordinator, you will help develop content for our email marketing and update our existing website on a weekly basis and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. You should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement both driving foot traffic into our 3 retail locations and increasing our online sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Re Build our present site with a Fresh new Season of products and a heading/banner on Shopify
• Upload new merchandise photos from vendors to Shopify
• Create engaging text, image and video content from our three clothing boutiques
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Create and integrate promotions between Constant Contact and our Shopify website ie.. Online Trunk Shows, Flash Sales ...
• Contact Vendors for online photos to use
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
• Create in-store signage and graphics

SKILLS

• Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator- Please send examples of your experience
• Photoshop and Adobe for consistent imagery on website.
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking and analytical skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18-$20/hour Depending on Experience

Commission on a percentage of Sales generated on Shopify
