rateGenius, a dynamic and rapidly growing loan services company, is seeking a driven, self-starter to grow our business as an Affiliate Manager in our Marketing team!

The Affiliate Manager position is someone who will both assist and control the creating, maintaining and scaling in house affiliate programs to drive consumers online to apply and complete auto refinancing processes with rateGenius. This position will also be responsible for a wide range of tasks based on the needs of the business. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is metric driven, comfortable with relationship building/sales and capable of detailed account management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learn, support and grow the rateGenius affiliate program and exceed monthly sales targets.

Actively recruit and diversify the portfolio of affiliate publishers that specialize in financial services product offerings.

Grow and develop current network of affiliate partners.

Become the point of contact for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of te affiliate program performance.

Provide assistance to Marketing team on tasks surrounding reporting, analytics and publisher performance.

Identify key areas of changes, updates and improvements on the rateGenius affiliate program and consumer facing properties as needed.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field experience

2 years experience or familiarity with Facebook Ads Platform

Must demonstrate strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communications skills

Must be able to work in a multi-discipline, collaborative environment

Have Strong attention to detail and comfortable with technical subject matter

Be comfortable with common marketing metrics and analysis (ROI, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.)

Experience and.or knowledge of basic digital marketing activities and ad platforms (SEO, SEM, PPC, etc.)

Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel is required

Background with direct response marketing and data analysis preferred
