RQD changes the game for the agents' success. Here you will be a broker, which means it doesn’t matter what the client’s needs or budget is, you will have the best name-brand insurance products on the market to offer them. Whether it’s ACA or a private plan, you will be able to assist every single client that you come across.

Here, you will be paid weekly, starting at $18/hr + Commission Bonus and Spiffs. You will be growing alongside a fast paced team, having daily sales contests, giving you the opportunity to earn what you are truly worth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer questions regarding medical care and coverage
• Assist customers in evaluating their needs and selecting the best healthcare plan solution in a consultative manner
• Help sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers.
• Recognizing and complying with our performance standards for quality, performance, attendance, and schedule adherence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Will typically possess 2+ years industry experience as: a broker or insurance company and/or individual sales environment, with a successful track record of meeting Sales Targets
• Florida Life/Health Agents license IS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required
