YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

·         Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the account(s)

·         Weekly Meetings with different internal departments as well as regular meetings with account(s) & internal team

·         Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

·         Coordinate quarterly Business Review Meetings with Customer (onsite or at a Customer Location)

·         Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation: tracking Action Items and metrics (KPI’s) and make sure those are taken care of by the different team members

·         Prepare reports and account status updates

·         TTB Formula Submission and Tracking

·         Support Finance: TTB Reporting and other Reporting requirements

·         Customer Service Tasks – assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed

·         Support Purchasing: Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

·         Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives

·         Measures performance to identify areas for improvement

·         Manages the relationship with customers and all stakeholders

·         Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

·         Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions

·         Establishes and maintains an employee relations climate of trust and confidence, promoting achievement of plant

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

• 2-5 years of Account Management and related experience; beverage manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Solid experience with MS Office
• Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities as well as strong verbal and written communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS 

·         Works in a manufacturing environment

·         This position is exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to high noise levels, physical obstacles, exposure to chemicals, etc.

·         Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices

·         Able to lift up to 50 pounds
