RAPIDLY GROWING ORGANIZATION WITH INTERESTS IN ENERGY, NATURAL RESOURCES, MINING, POWER GENERATION, AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SEEKS DIVISIONAL CONTROLLER FOR ITS COAL AND AGGREGATES MINING AND PRODUCTS DIVISION

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• · Reporting to corporate controller
• · Oversee administrative staff, office manager/AR/AP in ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Preparation of monthly financial statements for use in corporate consolidation
• Preparation of several analytical reports in congruence with the monthly financial statements
• Aid in all Human Resource functions of the company including health insurance, 401k, and other employee benefits
• Prepare weekly cash flow projections
• Prepare Detailed Monthly inventory analysis
• Monthly analysis of P & L and Balance Sheets accounts
• Work hand in hand with mining and plant managers to ensure accurate monthly financial statement preparation.

CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

• Comfortable working in deadline driven environment
• Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Firm understanding of GAAP accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel required.
• 5+ years accounting experience preferred.
