    GENERAL SUMMARY:

    The Digital Media National Analyst is responsible for leading the collection, analysis, and interpretation of media to track the success of Lexus Factory digital advertising initiatives. The Digital Analyst will work closely with the Lexus Factory media team and the analytics/engineering teams to produce recurring performance reports, provide recommendations to optimize future digital advertising performance, provide oversight to media partners, produce and maintain the data structure and BI visualization of National reporting. Prior experience in data science, predictive models, statistical/math software, and working with cloud computing and big data tools required.

    Day to Day:

    •    Lead the day to day analytics requirements for the Lexus National Campaigns.  •    Business oversight of data I/O, ETL processes and pipelines to the data infrastructure •    Leverage existing and 3rd party data to build predictive and statistical models for optimization and strategy •    Work closely with publishers/partners to ensure accuracy in reported numbers and to provide performance and optimization oversight •    Collaborate with internal teams for multivariate test design and analysis as well as data-driven insights through ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and automated reports and dashboards •    Develop campaign reporting deliverables with actionable insights based on empirical data •    Provide thought leadership and guidance in tracking and measurement of all paid media •    Assist internal teams with data integrity, reconciliation, data ingestion, and visualization  •    Proactively seek new information and maintain a current and thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices including industry trends,   metrics and competitive activities

    Experience:     •    2+ years of experience in a quantitative data driven field •              Experience with data scripting languages preferred (e.g SQL, Python, Pandas, etc) and statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, or Matlab) •    Must be able to multi-task and develop ideas in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment •    Prior experience with cloud computing (EMR, S3, EC2, Redshift) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, HDFS).
