Financial Planning Client Service / Practice Manager needed for full-time position offering generous compensation and benefits package with a growing firm that's consistently ranked as a leader in their industry and best company to work for. We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Pro (3+yrs and licensed i.e. series 7, 63, 66 etc.) that wants to take on a leadership role and be an integral part of providing advisor support. In this role you'll be responsible for managing the client relationship model and utilizing tools to assist in building efficiencies and improve the client experience, utilizing strong financial planning knowledge to implement process efficiencies and assist in the change management process as we continue to grow and expand.
Position Overview:
Relationship Management - working with Client Services Dept and directly with clients as needed, planning for annual meetings and new client on-boarding, action plans and follow-up and other tasks pertaining to the client service model.
Processing - run and analyze reports, special case management and subject matter expert for money movements, estate settlements, etc.
Business Support- hold regular team meetings, trainings and development activities to include technology tools and process improvement, participate in special projects and strategic business goals.
Qualifications Desired:
College Degree or 3+yrs experience and Licensed (Series 7, 66, 63)
Knowledge of Financial Planning and Wealth Management Services
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to work with confidential information, under strict guidelines and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Must be able to pass criminal background and credit check
