Customer Service Rep / Sales Order Processor needed for full-time temp-to-hire position in Salem, NH offering hybrid flexibility after training and permanent hire as well as full benefits package. The ideal candidate will have 2+yrs experience working in Office Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales or similar Administrative role within the manufacturing industry and has experience using SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems, strong attention to details, communication and time management skills. In this role you'll be primarily responsible for:
High-volume of Sales Order Processing in ERP System
Answering calls/emails from customers checking on order status, product availability and pricing
Running reports in ERP and MS Excel
Assisting Management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
