Raven Ridge is hiring a Controller in Manchester, NH. In this leadership role, you’ll manage 5+ direct reports and own accounting operations, general ledger and finance for this growing manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Own month, quarter and year-end close

Produce financial statements monthly

Perform high-level FP&A - reporting, analysis, budgeting etc…

Oversee Cost Analysis and reporting

Implement process improvement to strengthen policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required

Masters Degree or CPA preferred

7+ years of total experience

Manufacturing industry experience

Ability to work on-site in Manchester, NH 5x/week
