Raven Ridge is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Nashua, NH. The AR Analyst is responsible for performing credit analysis, researching and resolving accounts receivable customer accounts and working closely with commercial and operational resources to maximize cash flow.

Responsibilities:

Perform credit analysis including new customer approval, financial statement analysis, and contract review regarding acceptable limit of risks within assigned authority level.

Analyze credit reporting including D&B

Customer account reconciliation.

Cash application.

Research, resolution, and processing of customer payment deductions.

Monitoring A/R inboxes and following-up on customer requests.

Managing order hold screens as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

3+ years relevant experience required.

High competency with Microsoft Office, accounting software and databases.

Good communication skills, both written and oral.

Analytical thinking skills.

Support management with audit requests.

Monthly bad debt reserve analysis.

Other duties as assigned.
