Raven Ridge is seeking a Customer Service Agent for our client in Portsmouth, NH. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting product technical issues for customers, both locally and nationwide, via phone calls and email correspondence.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
Establish trust and maintain positive relationships with customer base
Assists customers with solving problems
Report common product and service complaints
Help customers make use of different features
Record complaints and feedback
Comply with warranty guidelines on replacements/returns when applicable
Follow up with customers regularly until issues are resolved
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
Strong technical aptitude and interest
Proficiency in written and oral communication
Advanced computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on a contract-to-hire basis
