    Job Title: Part-time Graphic Designer

    Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our small business team on a part-time basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing team to develop visually compelling graphics and designs that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled designer to contribute to the growth of a dynamic small business while enjoying a flexible part-time schedule.

    Responsibilities:

    Graphic Design Projects: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, flyers, brochures, and website content.

    Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements, color schemes, and brand guidelines across all marketing collateral to reinforce brand identity and enhance brand recognition.

    Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative ideas and concepts for new marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    Content Creation: Generate engaging visual content, such as infographics, animations, and multimedia presentations, to convey complex ideas and information effectively.

    Image Editing and Enhancement: Edit and retouch photographs and images as needed to ensure high-quality visuals for marketing materials and online platforms.

    Print Production: Prepare design files for print production, including formatting, sizing, and resolution adjustments, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure print quality and timely delivery of materials.

    Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy access and reuse in future projects.

    Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders into design iterations while maintaining creativity and meeting project deadlines.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects across various media platforms.

    Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with design principles and techniques.

    Creative thinking and artistic flair, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

    Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.

    Flexible schedule and availability to work part-time hours based on project needs.

    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred, but not required.
