    Are you an experienced real estate attorney with a proven track record and extensive real estate transaction experience? Our busy investment company is growing, and we need a skilled professional to provide counsel, attend closings, draft and review purchase and sale documents, and represent our owners effectively. If you have 3 years of real estate transaction work, a current license, and excellent negotiation and communication skills, apply today. We are effectively doing 100+ transactions a year from buying single-family homes, to buying apartment buildings, to doing creative deals with our clientele and you must be skilled in Real estate deals. We are looking for someone that will work with honesty, integrity and speed. Responsibilities: Coordinate detailed due diligence, and inspect title examination, closing binder, and legal documents for legal risk, completion, and accuracy Manage paralegals, clerks, and other assistants Draft and review contracts, probate and trust documents, leases, financing statements, purchase and property management agreements, as well as title abstracts, summaries, and commitments, as required Facilitate transfer of title between borrowers, real estate agents, and title company, and negotiate terms and conditions for real estate transactions Qualifications: Outstanding research, negotiation, networking, and communication skills are necessary A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required Three years of experience as corporate counsel for a real estate development firm, as a transactional attorney, or residential or commercial real estate attorney Up to date knowledge of property management, business law, title insurance, land use, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation Maintain a current law license in the state and be a member of the local bar association Compensation: $200,000
