Real Estate Business Development - Disposition Sales Our fast-growing real estate company is seeking a Disposition Sales professional to facilitate new opportunities and sell properties held by partnerships. The Disposition professional is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's pricing strategies, price execution, and overall price management. This will require learning, understanding, and implementation of the company philosophy regarding the analysis and negotiation of each opportunity to maximize the profits on each. This position requires DRIVE, attention to detail, a high aptitude for sales and negotiation, organization, and excellent communication skills. We are also looking for self-starters who can oversee and manage a high volume of projects successfully with very little or no direction. Finally, the successful candidate will have experience working in sales in addition to Disposition Management. A realtor’s license is not a requirement of the job but would be a PLUS! Understanding the market is highly important. Compensation structure is based on experience. Responsibilities: You will spend the larger part of your day communicating with prospective clients via telephone and email as well as managing all sequences of the sales cycle so that our customers needs are met in an efficient and organized way Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling in order to meet the needs of our customers Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • The primary responsibility of the this role is to network and develop new business relationships with other investment companies • Market, negotiate and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline. This is a fast-paced job in a rapidly growing company • Market properties according to established procedures • Continuous improvement of process and procedures • Create new buyer contacts in order to grow our existing buyers list • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with sales team • Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth • Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company • Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis • Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue • Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis • Assist Company with miscellaneous projects as needed Qualifications: Decisive and proactive Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Great phone presence with a closer mentality Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Sales experience preferred • Negotiation skills • Results/goals orientated • Financially driven with a motive to earn • Smart and well presented • Good communication skills • Natural sales ability • Self-motivated and organized • Hard-working, focused and competitive • Good work ethic – punctual and reliable. Compensation: $50,000+ base + commission
