We are currently hiring Overhire Carpenters to provide temporary production support in our Lincolnwood, Illinois shop. This position has the potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance and project needs.
This is an on-site position Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to fast-paced, custom fabrication projects.
Relevant degree/diploma, professional certification, or equivalent work experience/demonstrated skills.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related carpentry or fabrication field.
Strong knowledge of materials, joinery techniques, finishing processes, and modern fabrication methods
Confident, safe operation of table saws, miter saws, sanders, routers, pneumatic nailers, and staplers
Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to recognize when a task requires additional expertise and to seek assistance appropriately.
Proactive, resourceful problem solver with a strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and contribute to team discussions.
