RAWLE & HENDERSON LLP, the nation's oldest law firm, seeks remote ATTORNEYS with at least three years’ defense litigation experience. New York bar admission required. New Jersey bar admissions a plus. We will consider candidates interested in remotely working from the Firm’s Downtown NYC or Long Island offices. You will be supervised remotely, but may be required to attend court appearances and EBTs.

Required job qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in New York

• Candidates with three years in construction or general defense litigation experience.

• Candidates with three years of workers’ compensation defense litigation experience
