RAWLE & HENDERSON LLP SEEKS A PARALEGAL TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM IN THE FIRM’S DOWNTOWN NEW YORK CITY OFFICE. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THREE TO FIVE YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL DEFENSE LITIGATION IN PRODUCT LIABILITY OR GENERAL CASUALTY MATTERS IN NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY CASES.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft of legal documents, subpoenas, pleadings, discovery demands and responses for matters in New York and New Jersey.
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Record and store client information

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a minimum of three to five years experience as a Paralegal with defense pleadings, subpoenas, discovery demands/responses in defense litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel).
