    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Designer to join customer service team in Ray America Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and designing technical drawings and 3D models for dental restorations, implants, and other dental prosthetics using CAD/CAM software. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental industry and a strong understanding of dental anatomy and terminology.

    Key Responsibilities: · Designing dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, and implants using CAD/CAM software

    · Creating and editing digital 3D models and technical drawings

    · Interpreting prescriptions and specifications provided by dentists and dental technicians

    · Collaborating with other members of the dental team to ensure accuracy and quality of designs

    · Reviewing and revising designs based on feedback from dentists and technicians

    · Scan, design, and fabricate dental prosthesis using CAD / CAM software and technology

    · Scan and design work orders according to Doctors prescription requests, using CAD /CAM technology.

    · Maintaining accurate records of design specifications and changes

    · Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to CAD/CAM design for dental applications

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred (not required)

    · Minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental industry, specifically in CAD/CAM design

    · Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology

    · Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as 3Shape, Exocad, or similar programs

    · Experience with 5 Axis Milling units preferred

    · CDT degree preferred (not required)

    · Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    · Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy

    · Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

    · Knowledge of materials commonly used in dental prosthetics manufacturing

    · Familiarity with 3D printing and milling machines used in dental laboratories
