    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accounting Manager to join Ray America. The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department

    Managing, reviewing and approving Finance Departments’ Journal Entries

    Monitoring and analyzing the financial data

    Assisting Controller to prepare financial reports and/or financial statements for the company

    Reviewing and analyzing the corporate tax return

    Reviewing and analyzing sales tax transactions

    In-charge of internal and external audits

    Preparing and drafting performance reports for the Parent Company

    In-charge of month end, quarter end, and year end closings

    Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

    Working on ad-hoc projects assigned by the Controller

    Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team, promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence.

    Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

    Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.

    Strong understanding of accounting knowledge & US GAAP.

    Proficiency in Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table is mandatory).

    Close attention to detail

    Bilingual in English & Korean

    Strong ability to analyze information.

    Extensive experience with SAP Biz One preferred

    Experience working in the US branch of listed company in Korea is strongly preferred.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
