JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Development Representative, you will be supporting the development of business activities in South America. You will be exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our current partners as well as cultivating new relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Cultivate new sales prospects and expands dealer opportunities to achieve sales growth of Ray America products.

Conduct calls and other activities aimed at achieving sales quota and goals for the assigned accounts and territory.

Develop sales activity plans to optimize sales activities and achieve target sales performance.

Ensure export of our products to dealers in South America.

Ensure collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables from dealers in conjunction with other departments.

Attend and satisfactorily complete Ray America product training programs, attaining the ability to demonstrate the required product and technical knowledge and knowledge of Ray America sales procedures and sales techniques.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree with at least (2) years of successful experience as a sales representative in direct or B2B sales.

Must have the ability to travel outside of the US

Bilingual in Spanish Required

Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Travel of at least 30% is required.
