My client, a well established company in a construction related industry is searching for a Human Resources Manager.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations
• Maintains and updates employee handbook
• Administers employee performance evaluation program
• Administers benefits
• Staffing coordination and new hire orientation

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree preferred
• SHRM Certification preferred, but not required
• 5+ years in an HR supervisory role
• Strong communication skills 
• Bilingual Spanish
• Union experience a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to contribute to business strategy and operations
