My client, a well established company in a construction related industry is searching for a Human Resources Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations
- Maintains and updates employee handbook
- Administers employee performance evaluation program
- Administers benefits
- Staffing coordination and new hire orientation
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree preferred
- SHRM Certification preferred, but not required
- 5+ years in an HR supervisory role
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish
- Union experience a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to contribute to business strategy and operations
