    Boutique Luxury Service-Oriented Vacation Rental Company Short-term Luxury Vacation Rental Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Broker / Owner in maintaining all aspects of property operations, resident relations and functions of multiple managed properties. The Property Manager strives for 100% occupancy through retention of existing residents, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability. We are seeking someone who can perform all activities related to customer service and resident retention in order to achieve the company’s occupancy, resident quality, and customer service expectations, as well as marketing and leasing. The right candidate should enjoy providing superior customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and fellow employees. This is a part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week with the potential to grow. You must be available evenings and weekends. Please include your resume in PDF format. Compensation is $12 per hour plus bonus per transaction after first 90 days. Responsibilities: • Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner • Assist in finding suitable tenants • Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques • Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations • Provide accurate information on the different features of properties • Validate application information and references • Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements • Keep abreast of the property market status • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically • Utilize company leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the property and apartment homes, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up • Answer incoming phone call professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective client, a client, an internal company team member or a vendor • Complete all lease applications and participate in the verification of applications. Notify prospective clients of results • Maintain accurate client records in accordance with company policy. Update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis • Maintain and perform upkeep of the tour route to ensure curb side appeal • Assist residents with day to day tasks, as a part of the community’s concierge program Qualifications: • LANGUAGES: RUSSIAN A MUST, SPANISH PREFERRED • Assist residents with day to day tasks • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Basic understanding of MS Office • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques • Customer-focused approach • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience • Strong communication skills • High-energy and enjoys a fast paced environment • Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service • Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc • High School Diploma or equipment • This is a part time position. You must be available evenings and weekends Compensation: $11 / hour plus bonus per each closed transaction
