Qualifications

· 5 + years of minimum experience in the plumbing trade.

· Journeyman License or Masters.

· Backflow license required.

· Ability to pass pre-employment requirements.

· Clean driving record with valid driver's license.

· Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm and evenings and weekends when needed.

· Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes.

· Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

· Diagnose and resolve plumbing related issues.

· Use a variety of power tools, hand tools and measuring devices/meters to perform job functions.

· Be able to perform daily tasks including but not limited to: water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement including faucets, tubs, showers and toilets, drain clearing and competent use of sewer machines.

· Monitor, identify and respond promptly to malfunctioning of equipment.

· Respond to emergency service calls promptly.

· Keep truck inventory up to date.

· Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification or installation of equipment.

· Properly complete paperwork.

· Top salary, 40 to 70 dollars per hour, $100,000 or more per year possible.
