Excellent opportunity to be part of an established Consumer Products Company. Seeking an experience CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST professional who has experience with Consumer Products and Business to Consumer selling. Must have excellent communication, organization, computer, and follow up skills. If you are motivated, enthusiastic and ready to work - this job is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Respond to customer calls, emails and faxes efficiently, effectively, and promptly.

· Timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

· Communicate and follow up with customers and Sales as to the status of orders placed and shipped.

· Expedient completion of all required documentation for orders and invoices.

· Process debits, credits and return authorizations.

· Resolve any customer concerns and issues while documenting complaints in a database.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years’ Customer Service experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail or consumer products environment. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Experienced in MS Office and overall good computer and data entry skills.
