$500 Sign On Bonus If you are hired and refer a friend we will pay out a $500 referral bonus Position: Production/Packaging Associate Department: Production/Manufacturing Supervisor: Production Manager Position Summary The goal of the Production/Packaging Associate position is to help optimize line efficiency to reduce and in some circumstances eliminate downtime. Responsibilities: Essential Duties Understand the SQF-2000 Level II certification, your department's role in that certification and what you need to do to help the company maintain the certification. Work with Line Leader to understand how your line works. Work with Line Leader to understand your duties on your line. Work with Line Leader to accomplish tasks designed to reduce downtime and increase uptime. Alert Line Leader when materials crucial to your role need to be replenished, taking into account time necessary for Line Supply to bring them. Work with Line Leader to ensure that you have a plan of action in case of downtime and/or changeovers. Identify training opportunities that would benefit your line and your department and bring them to the attention of your Line Leader and the department supervisor. Bring to the attention of your department supervisor any possible/potential causes of downtime in the Production/Manufacturing Department.
