    Raymond West is currently looking for a sharp Sales and Marketing Analyst to join our winning team!

    The Sales and Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data from CRM and external sources to increase market presence and generate revenue based on product promotion. The Sales and Marketing Analyst will play a key role in supporting increasing brand recognition, viewership growth, and to drive revenue via implementation of effective marketing and lead generation strategies. They will monitor digital marketing trends and work with the team to develop strategies for various campaigns.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.

    • Update monthly ITA report based on data provided by the Raymond Corporation and send to Executives
      • Use data to determine areas of opportunity and trends
    • Close monthly sales bookings and maintain Scorecard for RW
      • Use data to determine client spending, sales trends, product revenue, team data, etc.
    • Coordinate with other departments to create reports/data that can be used to determine marketing needs (ex: Rental - when are we approaching a busy season for rental? At what point should seasonal promotions, announcements be made?)
    • Build reports in CRM for items needing action:
      • Past Due Opportunities
      • Missing Opportunity Product Details
      • Incomplete data
    • Gather data from Zoominfo/Costar/Batchgeo to share with sales reps and use for Marketing/Lead Generation campaigns
    • Create regular reporting on marketing KPIs: leads, conversion rates, platform traffic, and social media engagement & interpret findings.
    • Recommend social media and platform optimization by communicating and presenting key learnings from research and analysis. Create dashboards, visualizations, and campaign performance reports for the marketing and sales support team.
    • Use information within CRM to report back to Directors and Sales Managers
    • Create CRM reports for Directors, Sales Managers and Sales team
    • Maintain Raymond West workbooks and make changes/updates as needed for Sales.
    • Update CFO’s quarterly metric as it pertains to Sales
    • Assist with Marketing events as needed
    • Perform additional Marketing and Sales Support admin tasks as assigned

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent Excel Skills
    • Two years experience with a CRM platform
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients and Raymond West employees
    • Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, co-workers, and managers in other departments
    • Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.

    Education/Experience:

    Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position

    • Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience in a similar role

    Travel Requirement:

    • 10% (4 hours)

    Working Hours:

    Weekdays (Monday through Friday), 7 a.m. through 4 p.m. (or variable as required).

    Pay Range:

    • $26.00-$31.00
