We are Rayz Lighting Inc. a growing LED Light Distributor in Paterson, NJ., and expanding now also to CT. but this position is for our Paterson NJ office in the warehouse district. We need a dedicated admin to help us with our growth with at least 5 years or more experience as an admin. 1. Administrative with strong organizational skills and must speak English and Spanish.
2. Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word). Excellent in Excel.
3. Able to take direction and willing to work alone if needed.
4. Must have knowledge of using Quick Books.
5. Knowledge of tracking hours and send into payroll each week.
6. Knowledge of keeping spreadsheets for accounting of sales people's commissions and sales.
7. Help and assist the owner with his projects and assist him in making invoices for his deliveries.
8. Call customers to schedule the deliveries.
9. Need a take charge admin that can think on their feet and know how to manage the office.
10. Working in a small office environment.
11. Answer phones and take messages and handle the emails.
12. Assist with any requests for customers or salespeople when needed.
13. A take charge admin that can handle more than one job at a time and are a good multi-tasker. Starting salary is 35K per year and will increase to 40K after 12 months. Other benefits such as medical, personal sick days, paid vacation, and paid holidays, etc. This is a full-time job. The hours are 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
