Applicants must posses an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

MINIMUM SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience and demonstrated knowledge in military Intelligence operations, processes, procedures, and authorities

Experience and demonstrated knowledge in cyber threats and cyber security metrics, risk assessments, sources and architectures

Technical expertise for identification, development and prioritization of cyberspace operations requirements, processes, procedures, and Governing directives

Ability to assess trends, indicators, thresholds, or conditions to inform NC3CON changes

Minimum 9 years experience

Strong writing and speaking skills
