Prestigious Beverly Hills Personal Injury Law Firm with catastrophic personal injury cases is seeking motivated and dedicated, plaintiff personal attorney with litigation experience. 5-10 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS AN ATTORNEY IS REQUIRED. Ideal candidate is an attorney with excellent trial and research skills. Position will involve writing, critical thinking, and courtroom exposure. Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish) but not required.

This position involves all aspects of litigation, including discovery, taking/defending liability and expert depositions. Our law firm comes equipped with a large full time staff and team capable of aiding attorneys with their workload.

Duties:

• Concludes cases by bringing cases to settlement or trial; planning, organizing, and presenting arguments and counter-arguments.

• Prepares cases for litigation by filing lawsuits; evaluating cases; completing discovery, and expert deposition.

• Provides clients with legal advice by conducting and directing legal research; updating clients regarding case developments; explaining legal concepts to clients.

• Accomplishes work requirements by providing legal guidance and monitoring case progress.

SALARY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
