Job Description
The Associate Producer is responsible for the successful coordination and execution of a show. The role of the AP is to work with the Producer in preparing the editorial content for the broadcast, assist with the management of different aspects of the production in coordination with internal support areas.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism or related field or equivalent work experience
Three years Control Room (live & taped programs) experience required with an emphasis in graphics and segments producing.
A solid knowledge of news and entertainment content
General computer skills: Microsoft Office, iNews and Avid MediaCentral
Solid editing, writing and production principals.
Fluent bilingual English/Spanish written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
Must be able to work a non-conventional work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrated organizational skills. Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment without direct supervision.
