    The Chief Creative Officer is a visionary who will partner with our agency’s medical, strategy and client service leaders to produce creative solutions that grow brands and build business. They will push and transform us and our clients through forward-thinking work that will cement RFH’s status as best in the industry, bar none. This visionary will pave a new future for RFH by bringing together talented, multidisciplinary skills and teams to create fresh work that help HCPs connect with their patients. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, rooted in brand storytelling with the ability and desire to apply that experience across all communication mediums. And as much as they are lauded for their craft and fearlessness, they will also be known for their humility and generosity. They will bring out the best in all who work with them. Their dedication to building culture and their uncompromising creative standards will enable the agency to grow its clients' and RFH’s business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create impactful work that drives connections between health care professionals and their patients
    • Deliver innovative content, acts, and forward-thinking ideas to help clients navigate the new and ever-changing healthcare landscape

    SERVE AS THE CREATIVE AMBASSADOR WITHIN RAZORFISH HEALTH AND PUBLICIS HEALTH

    • Evangelize the agency outside of our walls: speak at conferences, judge award shows, handle media interviews, promote People First values, and identify further opportunities for agency PR

    QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

    • Accomplished in the industry, with at least 15+ years’ agency experience
    • 10+ years of HCP pharma experience desired—can your eyes spy an ISI?
    • You never stop asking the question “how can we elevate our agency and our people”
    • You have a track record of building strong relationships with clients & key agency leadership
    • You have a hands-on approach – you love rolling up your sleeves and diving into the work
